中山大学人类学系公民与社会发展研究中心（简称中大公民社会中心，ICS），原名华南民间组织研究中心，是隶属于中山大学人类学系的非营利性研究、实验与倡导机构.。由香港中文大学与中山大学于2003年8月共同发起成立。
　　The Institute for Civil Society (ICS) of Sun Yat-sen University (SYSU), formerly known as South China Research Centre for Non-Governmental Organizations, is a non-profit organization engaged in research, experiment and advocacy. ICS was jointly created by The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) and SYSU in August 2003 and operates under SYSU’s Department of Anthropology.
